"I absolutely love Dr Walker, I had seen a different Dr. at a different office and was totally upset with my care ,so I switched to Mercy and Dr. Walker and he totally took priority over my care ( I'm not in the best of health ) and has gotten me on the right track to better health and better care thank you ."

"I thought they were wonderful! I have gone here a few times, my PCP is here, and every time the wait time is short and the staff is always polite and courteous with me. Even waiting in the back to see the doctor is always a short wait. I would strongly recommend anyone considering changing PCP to go here, or if you just need a one off checkup to go here as well. What a great and helpful office!"

"They don't share their policies with you and if you have an inconvenience on a day of an appointment instead of them just telling you and realizing stuff happens they just drop you as a patient and don't care what happens from there on out"

"I am rating this a 1 because my 1st initial appointment I made was incorrect on my calender and I didn't know that when I came in to be seen and refused to take me in as a patient. The secretary stated that if any patients miss ONE appointment, then you cannot come back! I think that is ridiculous for a Dr's office especially since it was a calender mistake. Going elsewhere to an office that cares for patients. I'm new to Ohio and just trying to find a Dr."

"Last week, my in-law parents had their appointment with Dr. Shiva K. and when we met him in the room, he was absolutely rude person with the Dr. Tag. I explained my father in-law's problems because he cannot speak English but he doesn't listen patients problems rather he wants do what he likes to him. 'Being a Doctor is a purpose', not checking people and prescribing lot of medicines. Listening what patients says is also a kind of mentally medicine where patients have positive vibes and feels them self strong and helps regain their health. This doctor observed patients by their physical not by what medication he/she has or what recent problems they have. My F. in-law eats at least 7 different medicines and rarely does himself any work but he still said; he's okay!!. What a MD Type he holds. So, I never recommend to anybody to this place nor this doctor at any other places to have their family physician."
