"Let me just say if you are black this is not a place for you. Everyone will get treated well, greeted and smiled at by this Indian lady working at the front, but the moment a black person shows up she immediately gets rude, doesn’t want to talk to them and immediately switches up, all smiles and talkative soon as a white person shows up. How do i know that, because they are super slow so I was able to witness all these interactions and ooh yaa I was the first black person she treated like that, but then I thought am tripping and maybe biased too. So I waited to see how she would treat another black person, Yaa that’s when I knew she had issues with black people because she treated this old man exactly the same way she treated me. To me , your customer service reflects your restaurant so if you are black and ready to get offended, go ahead and go there."

"Spud with chili was tasty, service was quick with mobile ordering delivered to our table. This restaurant is always so cold an extra jacket is required, thus the 4 instead of 5 stars."

"First time coming here! The food was very enjoyable and the staff was really friendly especially Hina she helped me and my friend with what to order and she just went above and beyond with if we needed anything ."

"I got a pick 2 and chose the Italian club and the chicken tortilla soup. I didn’t really care for the soup. It was more gritty and less creamy than I desired. The sandwich was a good size but seemed ordinary for it being an upgraded signature sandwich. This was my first time here and I’d try it again. I didn’t get them personally but the loaded nachos looked awesome."

"Our school district had a Teacher Work Day last week and my team (along more than a dozen other teachers from the district) descended upon McAlister's for lunch. We chose them because they had several gluten free and vegetarian options for our various colleagues (and some of the best carrot cake in the state). :) Despite the onslaught of hungry teachers, the crew at the Dublin McAlister's got everyone through the line, to their tables (or out the door, for carryout), and fed swiftly and courteously. Celina (the MOD that day/shift) even came over to check on us - she apologized for the slow service - saying they were short staffed that day (it wasn't slow, but we certainly feel for her, we know a thing or two about being short staffed). We were all very impressed and left with full bellies and leftovers. We'll definitely be back."
