I got in contact with their returns and my whole experience with their customer service was prompt and respectful. I was able to work out an exchange and get a replacement belt back within a week. The replacement belt has so far after a few weeks of use been of good quality worked perfectly. Overall my experience was very positive and I would recommend the company to others. They have excellent customer service, and their products are high quality, especially for the reasonable price that the company charges for them."

"Squat bar claims to be rated for 7700lbs, shakes like a bamboo bar with 7-800lbs. Save a couple more bucks and go with a different brand if you’re looking for a bar that actually performs well with weight. Very disappointed in the quality."
