"They take you in fast and the service itself was not my problem. The nurse who took me back was very rude and it was like she couldn't be bothered to listen to my symptoms. She asked me why I was there that day but didn't write any of it down as the nurse usually does in the computer. It was like she just couldn't get to the next step fast enough. She didn't take my temperature or anything. I had been sick for 7 days straight with cold symptoms and my throat was killing me. The nurse practitioner came in and she listened to my symptoms. She didn't run any testing for covid, strep, or flu even as a precaution and even after I had asked. She told me she didn't know what they could do for me other than me use a humidifier at home and ride out my symptoms. If I wanted to hear about home remedies I would have saved the 90 dollars for the visit and googled them. I was so uncomfortable and sick and couldn't miss any more work. It was very clear my virus had turned bacterial at this point. The nurse didn't check my sinuses, ears or listen to my breathing. I went to a different urgent care first thing in the morning the next day, they checked me from head to toe. I had so much fluid in my ears I was at risk for infection and the other urgent care ruled I had a bacterial infection and needed antibiotics. If I had not listened to my gut and went to a different urgent care to receive care, I would still be very sick with an untreated bacterial infection."

"Absolutely phenomenal experience! The entirety of the staff are compassionate and friendly. The waiting area has coffee, slushees and even a Pac-Man arcade to pass the time though we never have to wait long! My family and I feel genuinely cared for and that our time is important. (Again, we never have to wait long!) WellNow takes the dread out of visiting urgent care and gets us back on our feet in record time. I can’t recommend them enough!"

"First of all if I could go with more than 5 stars I will! Wanted to do my DOT and I came after 6 which they stop doing it 6. They didn't hesitate and told me don't worry lets do it. They made my day easier and they are a really sweet staff. Big thanks and love goes to them For Brittney Karch, Ally and Cody b. I really can do something one day to make ur day good."

"Did a dot exam passed everything and then this person doing the exam Decided to fail my test because of a medication that I have been taking for at least 4 years at this point give or take then he said I have to follow federal guidelines then I said why did the doctor pass me last year I said isn't she following the same federal guidelines this person wouldn't answer my question he just said I don't know about the exam from last year I said sure you do the exam happened here he looked it up and said yes you were on the medication in question then I replied again if you are following the same federal guidelines that was used to pass me last year why are you not I said I think you are one of these people that get a power trip from this type of thing he storms out of the room not answering my question again so know I ask him again infront of a tech he still doesn't answer the question he gives me the same lie I can't guess why she passed you I said on both times I asked you why you told me you had to follow federal guidelines so what your telling me is that a doctor not a pac didn't follow federal guidelines I said she did follow the guidelines she asked me about every medication I was taking Asked me how I felt on those medications the same medications I'm still on it is very clear this person didn't care that I had passed the test he made it his mission to fail me even saying he had to go research the medication In question. It is very clear I was judged on my appearance not the test results it is a clear case of a power trip its sad that people like this work at places that are supposed to help not make them feel judged on there appearance because I have no doubt if I was fit and not over weight I feel I would have passed. Now I have to go to doctors to have them fill out paperwork and more than likely having to pay a Co pay for paperwork all for this pac that decided to judge me and have a power trip. This is my last time going here to get the dot certification!!!!!"

"I was a walk in, never been seen before here and it was less than a 10 minute wait and I was seen quickly. I have never been to such a quick urgent care and they were also caring, they provided a water in the waiting area. The MA took my blood pressure manually which I liked vs the automatic machine which isn’t always accurate. I received medications and they were called into my pharmacy and I had no issues. Best urgent care in Hilliard!"
