"I just need to say that I respectfully disagree when someone hasn’t had a good experience . I had a procedure done Monday the 8th and I had several appointments then a biopsy and Dr.Haley is the best !!! Very very sweet and professional and put me at ease when I was nervous ! She told me what she was doing during the process and I met Dr. Conroy on Monday January 8th because he was doing the procedure and he was so fantastic ! I had some anxiety about it and he and Dr. Haley plus the other attending nurse were great at putting me at ease ! From start to finish and this included from the very start ! 30 minutes tops !! I highly recommend ODOC !!! Professional, extremely clean and welcoming !!! Thank you Dr. Conroy and Dr. Haley !!! You both sure put me at ease !! I’m doing well !! On a scale of 1-10 you both are a 20 !!!"

"Was able to book an appointment on Monday and get in Thursday of that same week. I went in for a full body scan of my moles and the CNP took less than a minute to scan my whole body. She then asked if I had any concerns. My thoughts were that she should be the one pointing at the concerns and could have done that if she would have taken her time looking at the moles. When I got in the exam room there was a tray that was covered and had ointment, a Band-Aid, syringe full of medicine, etc. This was just sitting there when I got in and got in. Seemed very unsanitary to me that a syringe of medicine was just sitting there in the open. I will not being going back. No wonder I was able to get in so quickly."

"Found time to take my son to his appt for skin issues that another doc told me to go to. Booked appointment online and they knew he had Medicaid. Take him out of school only to be told in person sorry we don’t take Medicaid… so why didn’t anyone tell me that when I made appt? Very frustrating!"
