"My husband and I ordered the steakhouse burger. The burger was burnt the bacon was burnt and the mushrooms and onions were burnt. We also had the potato cheese soup and that was delicious . The waitress was wonderful and when we complained to the manager she did comp use for the whole dinner. Wasn't look for a free dinner, would have gladly payed for the soup and drinks but we thanked her."

"We went in there for breakfast and got three sets of silverware that were dirty. This is the fourth time I've been in this location. The egg that is flopped over on the omelette is as thin and chewy as a flour tortilla. Oddly enough this last time I was in there I tried to order scrambled eggs and I got what looked like the exact same egg they used on an omelette. Now after four tries at this restaurant I can't help but tell people to stay away from this place the food is disgusting and the service appears to be coming from the management that could care less just like the servers."

"I go here often for the biscuits and gravy. It's delicious! Have had their eggs and bacon and they're good. Others I have gone with like the pancakes. Coffee is strong but good. Wait staff is personable. Some of the times I've gone, the wait for our food seemed kind of long. Seated pretty quickly. Sometimes it seems like they're a bit short staffed. I like that I can get seated in a more quiet section. Prices are about average for breakfast. I've never been disappointed with the food or staff here. Ample parking."

"I probably won’t return to this Bob Evans. I like the one out west in Coventry better. This was my first time at the Dupont Road location and it wasn’t great. Our server was really nice but she was very forgetful. She kept forgetting to bring us things. My grandmother needed to take her pills and couldn’t because she never got the water she had been asking for ever since we sat down. They took my first plate back because there was meat on it that I didn’t ask for. I don’t eat pork, so I couldn’t risk consuming whatever it was. So I had them make me something different. My hash browns were not fully cooked. They tasted kinda raw. My eggs came out cold, so they must’ve been sitting a while. I wasn’t sure if my chicken sausage was fully cooked. I had asked it to be well done. I just packed my food up and recooked it at home myself. The coffee was good though. French toast tasted good as well. I just hate to not get what I paid for. This was an irritating experience."

"The food was amazing. Although the fries were a little too brown, Shelby was a great server. The restaurants atmosphere was freezing."
