He measured my feet on this 3d scan thing, he then went to the back brought back a boot, I tried it on and it was exactly what I wanted and the comfort level is beyond anything I've experienced in a work boot. I don't even have to tie them. Slip my foot in and turn a knob and bam. No more lacing up for me"
