It's always whatever I put on there for her that they decide for reasons only known to them has no business being in the bag, and it's so consistent. This isn't a one-off, it's a "why am I stupid enough to keep ordering from them?" frequency. It's less that I should even expect the food and more "I'm going to gamble on a small chance I won't have to cook breakfast anyway.""

"GO TO A DIFFERENT DUNKIN!! My boyfriend went to this location today and ordered a mocha iced latte, a butter pecan iced latte, and 2 everything bagels with veggie cream cheese. They were very busy, with cars wrapped around the building. My boyfriend went to the window to pay for the order, and the drive-thru girl asked him to pull forward because they were waiting on the bagels. He pulled forward, and proceeded to sit and wait a full 8 minutes for the order. After 8 minutes, the order was brought outside and it was incorrect, they gave him a hot butter pecan latte instead of iced. He checked the bagels, they had regular cream cheese instead of veggie. He told the employee that the order was wrong, and that the latte was supposed to be iced and the bagels needed veggie cream cheese. The employee tells him “Well if you want what you ordered best I can tell you is to get back in line.” My boyfriend said “I really don’t think that’s fair considering you messed up my order. You mean to tell me that I sat here 8 minutes and you want me back in line?” The manager’s reply - “Have a nice day.” “HAVE A NICE DAY!?!?” Wow! My boyfriend was absolutely shocked and angry, he had every right to be. Instead of fixing the error and giving him what he paid for, the manager tells him to get back in line. Absolutely unacceptable and not how you run a business at all!! So now we are stuck with a coffee that I can’t drink, messed up bagels, and a bad taste in our mouths. We’ve never had good luck at this Dunkin with accuracy and consistency, and this was the final straw. We will be frequenting another Dunkin Donuts from now on, the store at the intersection of Pittsburgh and Shuffel has never messed up an order, and they have NEVER been rude to us either. The Whipple store has messed up our orders in person and on Doordash many times, and you can only be nice so many times before a business burns you for good. Take your business elsewhere, this store doesn’t want to keep you as a valued customer when they are too busy!!"

"I find it funny that your sign out front says hiring for morning shifts, yet you are cutting Sue's hours down to 20 something and forcing her to retire. . SUE is the only reason I come there. Her fun, cheery, happy positive attitude is just what your customers need in the morning. After she leaves I'm gone too."

"The old women at the back window in the mornings is the rudest, careless worker I have ever seen. She always has to do something like get ice or clean something up before she collects the money then when she goes to scan my points every single time she acts like she can’t scan it and gives me the worst attitude. Worst experience every time because of her but they do always make a good coffee"
