"I've been going here for a few years now. Get the same boot every year. This year i stopped in and asked the manager if they had my boot in stock. She is always friendly and has good knowledge on what she sells. She informed me that it is but they upgraded the boot so it looks different now. I asked if the price is the same since they are upgraded and I only have a certain amount for boot allowance from work. She said they were a little more expensive but she'll see what she can do. She got the price down so my allowance would cover it! Great customer service!"

"Bought a pair of work boots in June of this year. I won’t mention the brand but they were very expensive. Today at work the heel separated from the sole; needless to say, I was very unhappy. I called US Safety Gear and spoke with Rachael Contini. I explained to her what happened fully aware that the 30 day return policy had already expired. She was very polite and understanding and told me to stop by after work with my boots and she would see what she could do for me. When I got there, she took one look at them and knew it was a product problem and not something I did. She took me to the boot section and recommended a few other pairs to try. I found one I liked and she easily exchanged them for me. Anymore, customer service sucks at most places but Rachael reminded me that they’re a few good people out there still willing to help out their customers. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place and will continue to go back for all my workwear needs!"

"The woman behind the counter was rude. Had an issue when I corrected her on how to say my name and rolled her eyes at me. Proceeded to give me terrible customer service. Also insulted me by insinuating I didn't know how to buy a pair of boots. They sold me a bad pair and wouldn't return them after wearing 1 day. Go to the Apple Creek store where you'll be treated with respect."

"I've been coming here on and off for years for everything from safety shades to hardhats, from boots to rain gear. This place has just about everything you could need in terms of PPE and work related clothing. Lots of FR gear to choose from, a nice selection of boots, and all sorts of other work related gear. Over the years the faces I've seen at the counter have changed a few times but the prices have always been fair and they've always made sure I had exactly what I needed before I left the store."

"I stopped in to buy a new pair of boots and I was absolutely disappointed with the service. I explained to the lady that I was interested in a repairable welt and she repeatedly kept offering me a non repairable welt boot. She had very limited knowledge of what she had for sale. I bought a pair of boots that I didn't exactly want because of my experience in the store but my schedule at work is limited to store hours. I wish I could have a store close to home for work gear but I don't think this is the store for me. I'm huge on customer service and I can't patronize a business that lacks that."
