"After I ordered my shake, the lady behind the counter asked me to sign up for their club. I said no thanks and that I just wanted a shake. She then informed me that they needed 2 out of three (phone, email, or home address) for their system or else she couldn't process my order. After putting in a fake email and phone number, she told me that they needed my real information or she "couldn't do business with me" (this is a protein shake bar!). She looked surprised when I bid her good day and left."
