"Compared to the one that's in Aurora Ohio this one can take some notes from them. Everything is scatterbrained in that store. There is nothing sorted out from size anywhere in there. Everything is just put on the racks and then that's it. It's up to you to figure out what size is where. I've seen goodwills in worse neighborhoods that have better organizing than this store. Shopping at the store was very frustrating and I will never go back. I even tried asking a staff member where are the skirts and what size are these clothes on the racks and they couldn't tell me. Also, when I was there, a lot of the staff was outside having a conversation in the parking lot. They couldn't have been on break because I got there right as they opened. Instead of being outside having conversations maybe they should have been at the cashier counters relieving some of the load from the line that was steadily growing. There was only one guy handling everybody's purchases. Update: there's nothing you can say that can justify that disorganized mess and the fact that the sizes weren't labeled on the racks. You can't tell me that y'all don't just throw things on the racks. S, M, L, XL, etc were everywhere. Don't make me go back there and take pictures to prove a point."

"Worst customer service ever! I called at 8pm on Wednesday night asking to speak to a manager. Was put on hold, no big deal until someone ( NOT THE MANAGER) picked up and asked if they could help me and the first time the girl seemed less then enthused to be doing her job and the second girl was just plain rude!!! I get you all are busy ( maybe properly staff for the season then???). But seriously at this point 3 people have gotten on the phone and none are the manager yet you want to act as though I'm an inconvenience.... I am a customer just like the ones you claim you're busy with."

"They have some unique items, tons of Christmas shirts & sweaters, just would like to see it neater"

"The parking lot is very scruffy. The shelves are stocked . But the lightening is dim inside. At the shoe department I understand I’m at a second’s store but could the store let you try them on?? They have a restriction on it. With a big tag. The lady said go to the dressing room or the cashier. She said they have to secure the shoes. Look at some of the bottom of the shoes. It says May cause cancer . Certain chemicals. What? I know it’s on a lot of stuff!!"

"Very clean store, wide variety of products. Cashier was very friendly! They were speedy, efficient, friendly, and humorous. Only negative is that there is not many plus size mens clothing."
