Dunkin'

"I placed a drive-thru order when the store opened for a dozen donuts to bring in to work for my team. The donuts they gave me were clearly at least a day old as the majority of them were HARD. They also gave me unglazed donuts as part of the variety pack which is insane to me-who wants to eat an unglazed HARD, DRY DONUT?! I work in the area and have also received a cup of coffee 2/3rd of the way empty on two different occasions. I attached a photo of a matcha I ordered that was literally half empty. Seriously what is going on at this location??? Get it together y’all."

"I have tried this Dunkin on multiple occasions. The service is absolutely terrible. The drive through may only have one or two cars, but you still will wait 20 minutes. I don’t understand. I have mobile ordered for inside pickup. When I arrive, the lobby is closed. They want you to go through the 20 car line to get my mobile order. Sorry, I don’t have an hour to wait. Macedonia Dunkin is a better."

"I went to the drive through to pick up an online order around noon assuming it wouldn’t be too busy; however, there were 11 cars in front of me before the menu. It took me 40 minutes to get to the speaker, but I had no choice because the order was already paid for. I got to the window and was handed only drinks and not the other items I ordered. I was asked if my order was only the drinks, and when I said there was additional items the employee was visibly and audibly frustrated with me. I’m not sure why there was such confusion considering the order was made online. They didn’t have one of the items and I got a replacement which was fine, but the entire interaction was unnecessarily aggressive. Perhaps the worst part of the experience (and my motivation for writing this review) was that the bagels tasted and smelled distinctly, unmistakably like bleach. I have seen several other reviews citing a chemical taste, and it seems there is a real problem with this. I think this is a health concern, and would recommend going elsewhere."

"I walked in and waited at the counter for 10 minutes. Employees walked past me several times, never acknowledging my existence or telling me they’d be with me as soon as they could. I tried being understanding, I can see that they only have 2 employees and I used to work at Starbucks so I know how it is. But then the one employee starts gossiping with the other while refilling cup stations while I’m still waiting there for my order to be taken. She accidentally made eye contact with me and then continued to ignore me. Eventually she walked past the counter and said “You can see that we only have two employees working.” I walked out at that point. I have sympathy for being understaffed because I have experienced it. But what makes a difference is that you’re still kind and professional and these two pretended that I was invisible. I sort of think that that was their plan to make me go away. Avoid this Dunkin at all costs and go down the street - they are at the very least professional and kind even when they are understaffed and stressed."

"Fast team. Friendly. Good problem solving too. Placed app order for something they did not have. Great job with show empathy > apologize > make offer or ask. Young man did great job. Hopefully he’s being groomed for DM. Treat him like he’s valuable. If you don’t Starbucks will."
