"Zero stars for the receptionists that need counseling themselves. What makes YOU think that you have the right to be rude to a stranger calling in for help ?? Boggles my mind. Every receptionist is rude and the one particular needs to find a different profession or try some prozac. Get a grip and care about people."
"My appointments had to be via phone due to my lung disease. So this was my experience. I had been talking to Christina who was incredible, I always felt that she was truly interested in me and my issues. several months ago she told me that she was taking maternity leave and wouldn't be coming back to the facility due to some things she did not necessarily agree with but she loved her vocation and would be continuing to see patients in a private practice. I was disappointed to put it mildly! I was then set up with an appointment with another counselor who initially seemed very similar to Christina but I missed her phone call for the second appointment due to my insomnia and not sleeping for three days prior and I didn't hear my phone ring. I rescheduled the appointment for another day after apologizing to the receptionist. So the next appointment date rolls around and I didn't get a call. I called the receptionist, a different person and explained that I didn't get a call and she said that the other person scheduled a meeting face to face so they thought I was coming in. But I asked wouldn't someone call me to ask what happened? No, we don't do that. I told her that I have never come in for a meeting from the beginning due to my lung disease and couldn't come in. Set up the next one and no call, this happened four times total so they moved me to the Carrollton office. Fingers crossed Dover center is not impressive."
"These people are the worst. They are rude, uncaring snd unprofessional. How can I be Dr. Clark's patient when I've never met the man. Nowing looking for a new primary care. The office refuses to give me refills on my medications to take while I transition over. They say I have to come in, however, they know I've herniated a disc and literally can't walk yet alone drive!"
"My doctor an counselor are the best. My doctor has been with me since she started there an she knows me so well. She knows how to handle any problems that arise with me. She makes 100% sure everything is goin better than great. My counselor knows how to get me talkin an if I can't talk about something she helps me deal with what stops me from talkin. The staff that works there are awesome too. They are all very kind an understanding of people who need everything repeated due to other medical problems. I couldn't be happier with the Dover office. I live about 45 minutes away an could easily go to another off but I choose not to. I wont ever leave everyone in Dover. Thank you all so much."
"I'm a past patient/client Of Community Mental Health. Had I not moved out of state I would still be a client. Best facility I've dealt with in 35yrs. The receptionists scheduling, and billing departments are always smiling, patient, friendly and knowledgable about every aspect of the facility. The Psychiatrists and Therapists LISTEN to hear not to respond."
