"Terrible experience, was in there a few days back and manager or whoever the short lady was with a hat on, doing something with a clipboard is a terrible person. I was looking around and heard something to the tune of these "rich white males come in here with their privilege expecting to be waited on." Not the case, Karen... us PEOPLE choose to spend money, now, if you don't like your job, that's your problem. Just got too political put down the stuff I had and left. Hopefully they keep their opinions to themselves. Will not be going back here."

"My mother and I went shopping here and we waited over an hour to purchase sizes of pants that were not in stock. The wifi signal kept dropping out and we had to re-enter all the info again for each item. Four times actually until it finally went through. I called the next day and the manager told me this was a favor that we could do online from home. Everyone's pants fit a bit different. Why is it a favor, when one needs to go into a brick and mortar store to try something on to make sure it fits? I don't think upper management really cares about customer service, as usual it's about the bottom line. Typical disconnect, large organizations with no soul."

"First time I have been in this store despite being an Adventure Rewards member for years. The girl who waited on me was really nice and very good at her job. I was picking up an item I reserved online and while I was trying it on, she looked up my rewards membership without me telling her I was a member and had me all ready to go. The store was very clean and well taken care of."

"No help from clerks. I spent 15 minutes and finally located a pair of boots in my size. The fit could have been better but I could not locate the price. I asked the clerk why they weren't priced. She said they sold too fast. Then she walked back across the store to show me the tiny print next yo the bar code. I did not buy them."
