"I came to Dunkin’ Donuts thinking that I was going to be greeted in a positive manner. Unfortunately Ms.Glendon was very rude, disrespectful, and incompetent. I ordered two items but got rung up three items instead. When I got to the window I tried to explain that I only ordered one sandwich. Ms. Glendon was so assertive that I ordered an extra sandwich and refused to give me a refund even I told her she can have the sandwich back. I was not given my receipt, but when I came back to the window. Ms. Glendon side kick decided that she wanted to throw the recipe in my face. I’ll be filing a complaint with corporate as well. If you don’t like your job please find one that you enjoy. It’s that simple."
