Reviews
"The quality and quantity of meat on my steak and cheese sandwich was disappointing."
"Panera is a good place to meet up with people or get some work done. They always have a nice selection of seating available that can accommodate working alone while enjoying lunch or a big group get-together. The soup is always good, but the coffee has been on a steady, downward trend in quality since I started using Panera as a working cafe spot in 2015. It used to be a pretty decent cup but has declined to barely lukewarm brown water. It's still a good place to grab some soup and study, meet up, or write but bring your own coffee or stick to water."
"Coryn was very friendly and helpful ensuring my Panera card was working properly. My sandwich was tasty and the hazelnut coffee hit the spot."
"Panera Management you only have 3 outlets in this store. They are all in use and no one is moving. Please add more, it’s almost 2024."
"Panera used to be one of my favorite places & I would frequently order breakfast, lunch or even dinner. Lately, I feel as though their service has lacked and food reflective of the service. While the Brecksville location seems to be the best out of all the locations I’ve visited (vs Strongsville, mult. Cleveland locations, Parma, Mayfield, Canton, NY, Columbus, Sandusky, etc) I’m still disappointed, especially with how costly everything has become. The coffee used to be robust with flavor and I didn’t mind driving out of my way just to enjoy a morning cup of hazelnut coffee. The bakery used to always be fresh and a delight to indulge in. As much as their coffee tasted like an awful watered down, flavorless version of what I used to enjoy, the bakery always tastes like it was a few days old - dry, stale and just blah. But, at least this way, I’m saving more money by not making visits as often as I used to."
