"The reason why I am giving this review this rating- is because I found out from the managers that they could not find my employment application and could schedule me an interview to come in. I went down here and also found out that they could no longer help me and asked me to come back later on in the week. I did. SAME RESPONSE. I no longer go to this location and never will. I don't know if this is true or not but I did my research- it is my belief that my application for employment was thrown out by one of the staff members at this location. ON PURPOSE! I will not name names because I don't know who was responsible- but it was one of my dreams to be able to work at this coffee shop and to do a really good job and get to know the customers and the people of Cleveland. I was robbed of this chance. DON'T GIVE THIS LOCATION ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS!"

"I went into Starbucks independence location gave my Name and paid for my food just like everyone else did. I sat thet for over 20 minutes before getting up yo ask how long it would be before my food will be done. I was told that my food had been up and they were waiting for the food to be picked up. I was not on my phone or talking to anyone so I didn't miss my name. The lady said there was no name. So I asked the cashier why didn't she call my name. I paid for my food and gave her my name and infant my name is even on my receipt because I paid with my credit card. She says oh you just didn't need my name called. I was late to my venue and everything. My name matters just like any other name. I will never go there again!"

"Whoever is at drive thru needs to have a better attitude / tone when talking orders to be honest. It’s not even that hard of a job . I’d suggest having someone more energetic on the speaker. (As a former barista). Food was just ok lol it’s Starbucks. Pretty much gonna be the same wherever you go."

"You place an order ahead for in store pick up and the doors are locked you have to go through the drive-thru. You have already paid for the drink now your drinks will be cold because you're in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes very unprofessional and not to mention they have been out of product a lot.. This company is definitely going downhill very sad situation. This is their employees. Definitely looks good."
