"I have never in my life waited over 15 minutes for a single drink at ANY Starbucks. I get three, four, five drinks, quicker than this location puts out one. Don’t go here on your way to pick your kiddos up from school because you will be late."

"Ordered from here multiple times and never really had a great experience. Today I have ordered 2 Frappuccino's and set pickup for the drive-thru as there is no other option. I waited about 5 minutes to pull up to the ordering screen and told them I had a mobile order. There were 6 cars in front of me and it took around 5 minutes to get to the window. I waited around 2 minutes to be told my order was still being made. Then waited around 10 additional minutes to be handed one of my drinks. I told the barista that I was missing a beverage and it was found. I checked the beverage and the one that was missing was separated from all the ice as it had been sitting for awhile. My honest opinion is don't go to this Starbucks. I live within 5 minutes from this location and can't go back after continued terrible service."

"Employees are very nice but most of my orders have been wrong. I order the simplest thing. Venti emperors clouds and mist and somehow the wrong tea bag is always in my cup. I always order on the app so there should be enough time to get it right before I even drive up to pick up my order. This location is my go to when I’m leaving work and on my way home."

"Edit: they finally cleaned up some of the trash. Thank you for that starbucks. If it stays clean for a week or 2 I will delete pictures of trash and give positive review. Orig review: This location has been open for a few months, and unfortunately, the premises is starting to look like a dump, with rusty metal rebar sticking up waiting to impale someone, and random trash strewn all over the drive-through line and parking lot. The location is right at the intersection of 2 main roads in a very visible location. It's an eyesore. And if they don't care about keeping the exterior areas that everyone sees clean, imagine how nasty they must keep the inside areas that no one sees. Edit to add I actually talked to the manager the other day and politely suggested she pick up some of trash outside and she was polite and promised to finally clean it up. Next day even dirtier. 2nd edit: this broken fender has been in drive-through for literally a month. Trash still everywhere, blowing onto street. Horrible member of community."

"The last 3 times I have ordered a nitro here, the cup has been 50% full. These drinks are $5 and you are not even filling the cup more than half way. The employees are not pouring these correctly, as there would not be 3 inches of head sitting at top of my drink if they knew what they were doing. Absolute ripoff trying to get away with serving this pathetic fraction of a drink. September 22 update: I have never had worse customer service anywhere in my life. This is by far the worst run Starbucks I have ever been to. I'd rather drive to Clifton for a coffee than waste my time here."
