"I love Macy, the store is very organized and clean. Excellent customer service. If you have a problem, they immediately address it and solve it. I love family and friends day. I love the ads they mail out. The best thing ever is their online shopping. I love picking up my items at the University Hts store. They have the best clearance mark down 75% off. Kudos to Macy s that still thrived after the covid disaster.. I was asked what I wanted for Xmas. You guess it Macy gifts card. They never ever expire.."
"I had the worst experience in the fragrance department! The sales associate was very rude to multiple customers and had a nasty attitude. She didn’t speak to me, I spoke to her three times and she just stared me in the face. She slammed my item on the counter. I was extremely uncomfortable and didn’t want to checkout with her. I believe the associate’s name is Shane, and she has red/orange hair."
"Macy's is probably my favorite store. Selection is good, and so is the quality of the merchandise. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they can be pricey, but the sales balance things out."
"It’s very convenient for me to visit this location. It was an unexpected visit and I was pleased because I purchased a few items that were on sale for 40% off. The store was well lighted, racks of clothes were neat as well as the tables. The fitting rooms were also clean. I visited the store around 8pm so it was crowded. Checkout was a breeze and the associate was very friendly. I recommend this location."
