"The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the ladies were super nice and welcoming. The short bald miserable looking manager guy working there was extremely rude and nonchalant. Store is a mess. Seen better days. If you see an item you like and it’s the only item that doesn’t happen to have a tag, there’s no way they can look it up or exchange for something similar. Ridiculous. When I worked at Dots it was such an easy solution. If they can’t find the tag guess what? You can’t get it! There was no other solution offered. Now I’m stuck with something I don’t want cuz for apparent reasons, this was the LAST option on a list."

"Employee James Cunningham should be FIRED! I purchased over $100 worth of school clothes for my daughter and once we got home she realized they left the sensor on one of her $4.99 cami's. I politely returned to the store to have the sensor removed and here is where's it all went wrong. James not only refused to remove the sensor he cursed me out and called the police. I couldn't understand why he was taking this approach with me since I hadn't done anything to deserve this treatment. I will NEVER SHOP RAINBOW AGAIN! To my YouTube channel I go!"

"As of today 21 July after talking to them on Monday they said they would send me an email for $10 credit in 72 hrs...never received it. Called them back yesterday & today and for two days they say a supervisor is going to call me back bcuz they can see it was sent...but they can't tell me a day or time. So this is how they treat their customers. At this point y'all can keep it I just won't be shopping at any of your stores any more. Went there on Sat July 15th and purchased 3 items that totalled $57.22. I asked for and showed the lady my military ID for military discount. So I called today the 17th and asked if I could get my discount if I brought in my receipt. They going to tell me that I have to bring all the items I bought back and I'm like I wore them for my bday. So then they said I couldn't get the discount bcuz I wore the items .. even tho I'm not trying to return them. Y'all made the mistake not me. Won't be shopping their anymore. Don't like their clothes anyway bcuz they put the theft tags right on the clothes so soon as they remove them you automatically have a hole in your clothes."

"This store is overstocked it was so many clothing in there it was hard to find what you needed and it was barely any space to walk in between each rack you have to walk through sideways just to get through it was like a maze and then it was hard trying to pull the clothes out that you wanted to see the staff there was very helpful and I did find some very cute items but some of it was a little overpriced the best thing about the stores that they do have a variety of items to choose from"
