"The nastiest lady I have ever met in the service industry. I was a bother to her when asking for coffee. She actually had to look up and get off her game on her phone. Then she asked me how I was paying. Told her cash, she got nasty again and said there was a coin shortage and I would have to use exact cash or get all pennies back. I pondered on using a card but legal tender is cash and we are definitely not in a coin shortage! We exchanged words neither one using good ones. I refuse to give this place my card."
