"I'm only giving this place a 3 because of the beers and atmosphere. As for the food you could go the McDonald's and be happier because it would be more flavorful and not dry. That's saying a lot as I don't care for McDonald's at all. But the lack of flavor and dryness was insane. The burger was the worst I have ever had which was unfortunate as I had high hopes for it. There were four of us and no one liked their food. We had a wide variety of items in using chicken sandwiches, fries, burgers, and other items and not one thing was good which is crazy because the presentation is on point and the items seem to be of good quality but they missed the part where you season your food. Guess if you drink to much though you won't notice. Our server was good though and helped us with a few issues. I definitely enjoyed the beers and atmosphere but that was all. Maybe we came in a bad night but either way it was bad enough we won't be back which bums me out as I had high hopes for this place"

"This is the kind of local spot that I think everyone should go to! Everything is either made from scratch or locally sourced, prices are reasonable, and everything is flavorful and high quality. The repurposed church is a really cool concept, and it’s a great spot for everyone of all ages (including kids!). The beers are also amazing, and as someone who struggles to find a good family friendly spot, this is the perfect one. Highly recommend! Oh also, they have little bits of Harry Potter strewn about. Who doesn’t love that?!"

"This is my first google review! *This is for anyone wondering about food allergies/accommodations.* My boyfriend and I visited Bell Tower last night. We usually don’t eat out due to his allergies/food preferences. In the past I’ve gone out here with my family and we love it. My boyfriend has a severe peanut allergy, along with legumes, and is an egg-free vegetarian. We ordered a veggie wrap and asked for no chickpeas/falafel. When it was served, it had falafel in the wrap. I quickly asked the bartender and they remade it beautifully! The manager on duty (who was spectacular) took it off the bill along with my side of French fries. He also gave us a heart felt apology and promised they’d do better next time. We said it’s alright and we understood mistakes happen. I’ve worked in many food service jobs, so I have a lot of understanding for people in the front and back of house. :) My boyfriend LOVED the veggie wrap, it was filling, and we really enjoyed our time. If you are in need of a friendly place for gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, they have plenty of options! In Kent, it’s hard to find places to accommodate and Bell Tower exceeded our expectations ❤️. "Party of three dined on 7/8/23 to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The service was friendly and responsive. The beer sampler was great! We had a pretzel appetizer with three dipping sauces, a Powerbowl, a chicken dish- forget which, I had a Salad with goat cheese, candied pecans and berries, with side of Smoked Mac. Everyone was pleased with their meal. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming."
