Reviews of Panera Bread
"We came here spent 80 dollars it’s been 22 minutes and the only thing we have is a salad. The cashier at the front doesn’t understand English well and kept asking the same question. Also the workers were very unprofessional. A worker who was on break was talking to a girl that’s supposed to be working and the girl who was supposed to be working wasn’t doing anything but standing and talking while another girl was handling the food all by herself. We finally got our food after 35 minutes and it’s only 4 of us. The restaurant was not even busy at all. I seen at least 5 workers there is no way this should have happened. Will never come here again it’s so sad."
"This is one of the worst run Panera’s in America. You can tell just by how few patrons actually choose to eat here inside. Employees simply don’t care, especially the ones making the actual food. If you order Rapid Pick Up, they leave it behind the counter and you either have to ask them for it, to which some will tell you it’s not their job to get it for you (I’ve been told that before) or you have to wait in the line to order food to get your actual order. They don’t use the Rapid Pick Up cabinet like common sense would tell you. They also routinely give you wrong items. I’ve ordered one cookie on two separate occasions, once I got no cookie, and once I got two. They never have baguettes for a side. They’re routinely out of bacon for Bacon Turkey Bravos. I heard an employee once tell another employee when they were seriously arguing that she was going to “stab him” with a knife in her hand and it was very apparent she was not joking. I rarely see any kind of authority figure in this store and it’s operated like Panera legitimately forgot this was one of its stores. It’s like a ghost town most times and I’m honestly sure not how this store is allowed to remain open. Pretty embarrassing."
"Register service was good but the two ladies making the food were so rude to customers and when they would make you feel stupid they would laugh at you. using profanity to themselves but loud enough. Screaming the names like they have been bothered even be here. First time in this location and my very last time because of those two. Took a very long time to get food and tables were sticky and smelled like mildew and was so expensive for that kind of treatment and the food was wrong anyway. Waiting so long was late getting back to work so couldn't fix it. Thanks panera no wonder its a ghost town.."
"I'm not one to complain but like what even is this... The lady working the register was so sweet as most of the staff usually are, but whoever was making food gave me 1/3 cup of soup, an unsliced bread bowl, and a scrap of bread as a baguette. Am I supposed to make the rest of it myself????"
"Now this is ridiculous!!! This is supposed to be a toasted frontera chicken sandwich, but where is the chicken?!!!! It’s not even enough meat for one piece of bread let alone a sandwich. I’m so disappointed, this location used to be awesome, but now their food is thrown together like a $1 meal. I can see why it looks like a “ghost town” in there. Boo!!!"
