"Small neighborhood pharmacy. They have the essentials. Very nice people working here. They are always busy. Closed on Sundays. M-F 8:30-6, Sat 8:30-1:30."
"This has been my family's pharmacy for years. I actually switched and started using a larger pharmacy chain when I moved out of the area years ago, and when I moved back I didn't immediately start going to Grant County Drugs again, simply because I didn't want to take the time to switch mine and my kids' monthly meds elsewhere. My dad became ill and I was his caregiver so I had to have his many prescriptions filled and he still used Grant County Drugs. Once I came back they immediately reminded me that they offer incredible customer service, they're rarely are out of stock on meds they know their customers order regularly, their very convenient drive-through window rarely requires you to wait in line for any length of time, oh and did I mention how incredibly nice their staff is?!?! I switched my entire family to this pharmacy and I plan on staying with them indefinitely!"
"My husband works for Toyota, so our family had always gotten our prescriptions at the pharmacy on their campus. Most everyone that works there is super friendly and helpful. Over the last few years, getting a new or out-of-stock prescription ordered/filled within a reasonable time frame (1-3 days) had become more and more difficult. Given the vast amount of people that work at Toyota and their families, that tiny pharmacy services thousands of customers. However, it was largely inefficient. Wait times in the store and drive-thru were borderline ridiculous, and if there was a problem with your insurance, they just didn't have the time or resources to devote to really helping you. When it took almost two weeks for the Toyota pharmacy to get in an order with my new prescription in it, I realized enough was enough. Several people in my Owen/Grant county community recommended Grant County Drugs and I'm so glad that I gave them a try. Transferring our prescriptions was a breeze. They also verified all of the meds we take monthly to ensure they would always have them in stock so we didn't have to wait for them to order it. Even in the off chance that they do need to order one of our meds, it always arrives the next day and is filled usually no later than noon. Everyone that works there is very knowledgeable and friendly. They make time to answer any questions you have about your meds, assist you with any insurance issues, and help you find any discounts you may qualify for. Considering this is more of a Mom and Pop style pharmacy, my family and I have been very pleasantly surprised with their wonderful service and efficiency. I highly recommend this drugstore if you live in the area. Even if you don't, it's definitely worth a little bit of a drive to avoid the inevitable headache of larger chain pharmacies."
"This pharmacy is a joke . The people working there seem to know nothing about their job or customer service. I have a upcoming surgery and I hate that my prescriptions are going here but afraid to change so close to surgery. Please retrain your employees ! It’s aggravating to call in your prescriptions please create a website to help us not to have to deal with the stupidity ! Listen to your reviews"
"Super surprised as to the treatment I received here. I pulled up to the drive up window and am told that I could get my prescription filled at the home supply department. I pulled around and waited until my turn to knock on the door. I am then told that it could not be filled. More surprising is that grant county drugs is still in business. I thought that they would have been shut down in the late 80's. The children of a pharmacist was a major source of drugs for those in need."
