"Just went to browse. We were asked if we needed help with anything, but otherwise we were left to browse. Employees stayed huddled together talking. Prices are a bit steep for my taste. Store is well organized though."

"Absolutely horrible service! If you need to get boots ordered good luck. They were supposed to order my boots 6 months ago and I have called over 10 times asking about them. And they said there on their way but still haven’t heard from them or seen the boots. Never tried so hard to buy something from someone"

"Very uncomfortable shopping experience. The woman watched me the whole time I shopped. Asked me if I needed something while I was browsing, after I already told her I was good. She wasn’t trying to be helpful, she was watching me like a hawk, tho I had no pockets or handbag. I was in the dressing room and she came over and asked me if I was ok. ??? I’ll never enter that store again!"

"Ordered boots back on July 24 2023 it’s now November 14 2023. I’ve still yet don’t have boots! Called and asked multiple times and keep getting they should be here next week but next week never comes!!! My employer has an account up there and I’m not the only person that’s been waiting months for boots!! If they don’t have the boot you want in stock might as well go elsewhere!!!"

"Disappointing outcome. After many years of purchasing nearly all of our family’s boots at RT Outfitters in Dry Ridge in order to shop local, we must now find a new place to shop. It is unfortunate that this little store has gone so far downhill. The store manager is nonexistent and staff is not empowered to provide quality customer service. Attempted to reach out to Craig, the current owner, who also was unresponsive. :("
