"The staff here was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful when I came in to retrieve a doordash order that was 21 cups of coffee in total. They did not want to double up drink carriers even though I showed them they were almost snapping in half when picked up. They did not want to allow me to use a catering bag to move drinks, although I have been doing this job for over 5 years and this isn't my first time doing an order of this nature. They had an attitude for no reason when I pleasant and well mannered to them throughout. As a dasher and a customer, never coming back here again."

"Every Biggby I’ve been to has been amazing taste wise and most importantly, CONSISTENT. This location not only provided us with delicious coffee and breakfast sandwiches but phenomenal service as well. We arrived at a busy time so there was a wait for us to go all of our food and drinks. Once we received all of our order, one of the staff member gave us two free muffins and thanked us for our patience. I highly recommend Biggby over any other coffee place, especially this location. Great service, great drinks, great food."
