Dunkin'

"We live right by this location but will drive all the way over to Ridge or somewhere else to get our drinks because every time we order from this location the drinks look/taste different than the last time. We were on our way to work last week and in a hurry, so we gave this location a try. The drinks tasted horrible and were not made properly. We didn't have time to go back, so I called and spoke the assistant manager who said no problem, come on back in and we will have a credit written down for your drinks. So, I go back in this weekend, and tell the owner/manager that I should have a credit on file for two drinks and he tells me I'm not making you two drinks! Then proceeds to tell me that I should have come back right away if there was a problem, but then showed me someone else's credit that they had on file and said it was the only one that they had. I asked to speak to the assistant manager, and he says that she isn't there. He absolutely refused to satisfy what the other manager had agreed to and was as rude as he could be about it. We do not need to scam you for your drinks that aren't made properly in the first place SIR!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!"

"I literally forgot my wallet and tried every form of payment there is but couldnt find any they accepted. The kind worker gave me the drink anyway. She was so nice. I told her i was going to leave her the best review ever! She said I'd forget, well here is to to you Savinch* youre amazing after a long horrible day, you made it so much better. God gives back in so many ways we dont realize. You're amazing and heres YOUR 5star review!"

"When a place is busy, you know they have good service. Food is fresh and coffee on point. Staffing is friendly and professional. Restroom are clean and updated."

"Worst service today! I ordered an XL hot Hazelnut swirl black, was given a Large, I ordered a dozen no powder or jelly donuts please, man asked if sprinkles- were okay? Yes please! After unpaid with my card, he didn't give me my receipt! I questioned the large coffee versus XL. He replied yeah, we are out of XL cups, "I charged you for a large" when asked about my receipt he rang everything on my order again!??? Why lie, and cheat a faithful customer?! I visit Dunkin Daily!! I'm going to stick with Matt at Erlanger! FYI: Some kids with sensory issues freak out with powder, jelly or pudding donuts! Thanks for making my kid cry!"
