"My s/o ordered something a few days ago no problem at this location. She went today at 12:45 PM. Her order is a cold brew with sugar free cold foam. She went to another Starbucks and they made it without question. The way the workers (manager) treated her was horrible. She left feeling extremely upset. All she said was "I got this the other day, I don't understand what's wrong". You pulled the manager on her like she did something wrong. She just wanted to start her day with a coffee, and you made it such a chore. She came by TWO DAYS EARLIER and it was made no problem. It sounds like the manager doesn't want to accommodate people that need sugar-free items. The manager appeared to say, "WE CAN'T MAKE IT, THE SUGAR FREE COLD FOAM IS ALREADY MADE. WE CAN DO THIS OTHER NON-FAT (TOTALLY DIFFERENT OPTION)". Again, this order was fine at a Starbucks within a Kroger as well as at the same location days prior. I cannot understate how awful the cashier and especially the manager made her feel. We are never going to this Starbucks again. She pulled away after the manager was rude to her and she couldn't take it anymore. I called the manager up later and she gave me completely different information than what my s/o was told. She assumed a completely different tone. I guess she was expecting the call and is trying to gaslight us. Don't be rude to people and I won't leave a bad review. It's that simple. She just got it made a few days ago no problem. See attached photo. It sounds like the manager didn't feel like accommodating the sugar free cold foam production in the morning. If they had just said "we are out of sugar free vanilla", that is of course understandable and we would get a different option. I don't appreciate being told something totally different on the phone than what you actually said to the customer in person either. You were manipulative and most of all, rude. So figure it out."
