"Terrible customer service. Have been emailing, calling, texting to get a refund for shorts for over a month. When I call, not polite or helpful to process refund. Still waiting at this point to see refund that was promised over a month ago."

"Very disappointing experience. We came here because we got a recommendation. It took two weeks and us calling to get sent a picture of a shirt with artwork that was already created. After 5 or 6 times of asking for pricing over a three week period we finally received all of the pricing info we needed. However, still no itemized bill like requested. Part of our order included coaches shirts with COACH on the back. None of our coach’s shirts say COACH on the back and are not t shirt material like we asked for."
