"I’ve found I’m a stickler for properly made espresso. Seriously, just because you buy a high end machine and a burr grinder, does not add up to a proper espresso. At Fable Cafe I found THE best tasting Cortado. Consistently, from multiple baristas, on multiple visits. The baristas at Fable Cafe know how critically important each element is in the process."

"Inspired by victorian romance, Fable aims to be the place you fall in love, the place you record your next novel, the well lighted place to find rest. As a brand new business, they are still sorting out a few kinks, and improvements will come with continued success. The owner (who is very sweet to talk with) has a lovely vision for the shop, and I will happily drink Fable Cafe’s offerings to help make that happen. The coffee is fantastic from a local roaster (forgive me for not remembering the roaster’s name). I had black medium roast on my first visit, and indulged in a strawberry cappuccino today (a limited time special). The atmosphere is perfect for getting away and writing. I would suggest adding a side table to the front corner sitting chair. All in all, an excellent coffee shop. I’m excited to see how the Fable unfolds."
