"The owner made my daughter feel so special. She picked multiple dresses out for her, helped zip, and lace up the backs. Had her stand on the pedestal in front of the mirror. She even had a system where she could look to see if other girls from the same school had bought the same dress. Just amazing and over the top customer service."

"Today I took my daughter and her friend to the eastgate mall location. at 1st the store seemed well lade out with lots of styles to chose from but when the sales person. Approach us she would only make eye contact with my daughter but her friend who is black she over looked she filled my daughter's request for the dresses she needed to try on while her friend waited to even have a dressing room open for her. So the girls tried on there dresses. The 1st women did not help us again another associate started helping the girls. Then there was the filth and disrepair of the dressing room cramped dirty and poorly run. The associate. Were poorly dressed. For a company who's average dress cost is 350.00. I think clean dressing rooms and decent sales person to assist you is expected."
