"Today I went into the shop looking for something super specific and almost obsolete, devyn went COMPLETELY out of her way to try to help me. After leaving the store I realized I left my card somewhere and called 5 of the ten places we had been today, started to panic thinking someone may have stolen my card . And just as I was calling the sixth I got a text message from this wonderful angel informing me she found my lost card. She was wonderfully helpful, super nice, and very knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend you shop here. Great employees, great selection; and they’ll go above and beyond for you. ❤️"

"This place is great for Alot of things but I wouldn't recommend the septum jewelery. I bought a bunch of 12g cheap quality septum jewelery here which includes a retainer. It was made of glass, and because if it's shape it hurt quite a bit getting it in and out of my nose. It also broke while I side of my nose on the 3rd use, luckily It didn't leave any shards. I might buy a few items from here like gauges, but I will definitely not be buying any kind of septum jewelery."

"This place has a lot of cool stuff but it's way too expensive. Almost kind of a rip off on some items. I paid $70 for an item and when I got home I found out that I can get the same item on Amazon and Ebay for around $20-$30. That is a massive price gouge. And the receipt says "No Returns", only exchanges. Well I guess it's my fault I overpaid since I didn't research the item first but I'm a bit trusting and just assume that a known business like this, in a mall for many years wouldn't blatantly triple their prices with a strict "No returns" policy. Seems kind of obvious what they're doing there. But I'll take the hit. It is what it is."

"This is a nice place. The shelves were stocked and neat. The store was clean looking & smelling. The lady working was wonderful. They were busy but you'd never know it... She helped everyone and was friendly the whole time. She didn't leave anyone waiting anywhere in the store!"

"I love this store. I visit every time I go to the mall and usually end up buying something. I forgot something I needed replaced and they had the exact one I had so it was super easy to find the product I wanted plus ended up buying other stuff. The people are always super nice and friendly. Super helpful without any judgment no matter how stupid you sound."
