"This place is unorganized, dirty and mismanaged. Who ever manages it should be ashamed of themselves. Do better! Cause I just see bad customer service, dirtiness, disorganization, and employees on there phones. This place does not care about there customers I had to wait to be checked out for five minutes because the employee was on their phone texting and told me to wait. Unprofessional!"

"Came in to pick up one thing 30 minutes (9:30pm) before close, just needed to run in, grab a gift, and check out. A very rude woman (name something like kelley or Shelley, very rudely informed us they were closed and we needed to leave. I double checked the time online to Make sure it was in fact open til 10pm; but she insisted they were closed and we needed to leave. She even tried to turn away people in line for a return. I have worked retail and I totally understand, last minute before close shoppers can be annoying, but we truly needed to grab one thing on our way out. Everything from her tone, stance, attitude was poor, and I can’t imagine TJ Maxx would be okay with an associate or manager turning away paying customers during business hours. We came from almost 2 hours away to enjoy the convenience of Marshall’s, home goods, and TJ Maxx all together. And we won’t be back if they will act like this."

"This TJ Maxx is a great store. Tons of inventory, holiday decorations and gifts. Also great as HomeGoods and Marshall’s all in same building!"

"Nice store. Busy shopping center. Good selection of clothings. Didn’t see many staff, most were checking out customers. Maybe a high traffic and volume store. Its connect to all the other brands like Marshall and Home Goods. Clean, many empty shelves and end-caps."
