"Customer care is not there. We tried Dippin' Dots vending machine and it went out of order without giving us the product we wanted. Went to the outlet office and it was closed. Called them, they took our number and said the vendor will call back. 4 days now after the event and 0 calls. I mean it is only $5 dollar stuff but I didn't get that money for free. The way how it is going on, I don't think I will be getting my money back nor I am returning to that outlet. If the machine is faulty they should take it away because it did seem it is poorly designed. Vacuum power was just too weak to hold on to that ice cream pack which is not even heavy."

"Great stores! Great outlet mall! Update Jan 2024. This place is starting to look like a ghost town with stores leaving left and right. Recently they lost Nike, Gap, Old Navy, Clark Shoes, Kate Spade. The brand new owners are working hard to find new tenants, I still have hope this place can turn around. As new businesses are opening shop."

"Great location for truckers to get some shopping done. Plenty of parking at the nearby fast food joints. Went to a few shops and everyone was very friendly. Clean lot and stores. Safe. Pathways salted to prevent icy conditions. Very well lit."

"Theres a couple if shops left that stay open. Theres a centrally located childrens playground and dog park. Vending and public restrooms available. Plenty of parking and close to some fast food, right off the interstate. Plenty of ongoing deals. Wish there were more shops."

"I love the slow placed feel of this area. We took our kids here today for some school shopping and it wasn’t over crowded. Yes, there were empty buildings but hopefully over the next year or so, more will be added. I was kinda disappointed that I was told by Destination that Nike would close at the end of this month (July), but when we went today, Under Armour said they closed yesterday (7/13). That’s mainly one of the reasons we made the drive. All stores we shopped at, the employees were very nice and stores were well kept!"
