"Much like others have commented. The customer service at this location is sub par. They’ve sited inaccurate policies that don’t match the listings and are rude and inconsiderate in the process of providing said information. Im not convinced they knew their way around the computer system to be honest as they didn’t know how to look me up as a rewards member."

"Fair warning.... this location says open until 10pm for holiday hours. Arrived a couple minutes before 9pm to pickup an online order. The store made the same day decision to close at 9pm due to "slow foot traffic" and would not process my pickup. As I was walking out another family, who said they drove 30 minutes, was walking up. Poor customer service especially the week before Christmas."

"I can never walk in Old Navy and not buy something. The staff at this particular store are very quick to get you checked out and relatively friendly. Much better than most retail"

"Think twice before visiting this location. I picked up an online order I already paid for and was told to wait in line for 15-20 minutes. What is the point of ordering online and picking up? Chris was incredibly slow checking out people in a long line. When another worker came to assist with check out she had completed 3 check outs to his 1. The one check out he had had 2 or 3 items. I could only surmise that this was intentional for who knows what reason. I hope Old Navy will consider revising their online order pick up situation."
