Within two hours of contacting the store about the mistake the owner Erica personally texted me to apologize and to fix the problem. The next day I was sent a return label and the correct color was already in the mail. This business really cares about their clientele. Not only do they have a beautifully curated selection but they have excellent communication and customer service even including handwritten notes in their packages.
