"This was my second time in many years entering their establishment. The first time was for me. Gently worn women's dresses and suits that were refused. The second time was with a client who had expensive shoes (Stuart Weitzman) and name brand clothing. The shoes and majority of clothing were denied. Clean and folded neatly but for them, not on hangers. Too snooty."
