"Working at a sports bar on Super Bowl Sunday we expect to be slammed. A coworker trying to be nice, stopped by this location to get 13 drinks to make everyone’s day a little better. With NO line, the employees looked at the list of drinks, one asked the other if they “wanted to make them” she said no, and they refused to make them. Unbelievably rude. Working in the industry, I would never turn a customer away simply bc I was feelin too lazy to give them service. First time at this location, won’t be returning. If I could give 0 stars I would."

"I wanted to use my stars to buy cups for Christmas gifts. They wouldn’t allow me to do so through the drive thru. There was no accessible parking that would fit my sons wheelchair ramp. When I finally managed to get inside, chairs were blocking access from even accessing the cups with his wheelchair. Staff was very unfriendly and in accommodating"

"I went there twice, the workers don’t know anything. First time, I ordered a Dragon Drink. The girl asks me “lemonade or tea?” I was very confused, and then they gave me lemonade with dry dragon fruit… the second time I went there, I hoped that they know how to make it. So I ordered the ice black decaf coffee and iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. The girl said:” we don’t have decaf coffee and iced brown sugar.., but for the ice decaf coffee we can make one which is similar as decaf coffee” I was super upset. Besides, when I wait for the ice coffee, I was shocked that the girl literally throw the ice cubs into the cup which the coffee spilled everywhere. I will never and ever order a drink in this place again! So disappointed! And the workers should be trained!!"

"I always visit here to get my drinks and today was extra special because the employees who work here really care about the awesome service that they provide. Thank you Remy and Kaila (please forgive me if I spelled your names wrong) for always providing outstanding customer service!"
