"It's Dunkin. There's barely a bad experience unless it's a specific location. There are a couple, I won't mention. I usually order in the app and go through the drive thru. This Dunkin is one of the better choices. They will make your coffee right every single time, like they read the tickets on the cup or something, I don't know, magic."

"I have been here before while traveling through Cincinnati. Today however was not a good day for service here. I was the only customer INSIDE the store. There was not anyone working the register. ALL EMPLOYEES were working on servicing only the drive through customers. I bet they have a great drive through here with great service. No so great inside. They were looking at me but NO ONE came over to take my order. It's like nobody cared I was there so I left my soda on the counter and walked out. I went to a different Dunkin a couple more exits towards Piqua. They got the sale."
