"I went in to buy an I've cream an milkshake asked for chocolate ice cream white milk an to use less milk so it's not like drinking chocolate milk will I paid gave it to my husband made all wrong so took it back it told them again the same thing the manager tried to upcharge me says it cost more I said I paid for what I asked for the cashier didn't give me the receipt of what I wanted is cost 4.99 for the LG milkshake my husband said nvm I jus want my money back the manager again started yellin at us she tried to give us 3.00$ back I I said no it was 4.99. They are the worse people attitudes she don't know how to run the store nothing. Absolutely horrible to their customers especially when the customer is in every way correct for real"

"0 Stars for Harrison. My kids went in there tonight for milkshakes. They were treated horribly by one of the employees. She made them feel like they were imposing on her time. We've had numerous negative experiences at this UDF. This UDF is the worse one that I've ever been to and I really hope that the employees at the new UDF on New Haven actually enjoy providing customer service. Please consider who is representing YOUR company."
"I've been going to this UDF for 12 years. Two of the ladies have been there this entire time. Sue and Mary are AMAZING people and some of the hardest working people I've ever met. Sue makes the best sodas in the world! LOL This place gets so busy sometimes I don't know how those ladies handle it alone - but they do and with style and grace. The owner needs to make sure they have more than 2 employees during their busy times. I'm betting the negative reviews are from busy times. I say keep up the hard, good work Sue & Mary. And thank you for 12 years of amazing service ladies."
