Panera Bread

"I love the soup, sandwiches & and pastries, unfortunately, since Panera started the sip club, my experience has been bad. I have 2 accounts as I didn't want to return for refills. When I signed both in & requested 2 cups from the counter, I always get terrible service & very rude expression from the service staff. This sip club seems to aggregate the staff, perhaps it's extra work for them. I experienced terrible service in sip drinks, not from one but a few Panera stores. It's disappointing & I shouldn't have encouraged my friends to join it. Today's experience was the worst. The door to Panera was locked at 8am on Friday. It shows the hours as 6am to 2pm. The staff went in n out from the other entrance."

"I came earlier today, I had placed an online order pick and which included a box of the 4 choc chipper cookies they didn’t have them all. But they were super nice on. Assessing the situation they offered me any other two pastries. I ended up subbing for a drink but the guy who helped me was super nice! Made my day. The food was really good too. This is a good servicing panera :)"

"Very nice and friendly staff, gave me good recommendations. The interior of the restaurant is also very nice. They actually have a waiting area where you can see the status of your order. Never seen this before!!!"

"I ordered a half sandwich and a small cup of soup. When he handed my bag I noticed I had potato chips instead of bread that’s usually included. I honked the horn to get the clerk back, and he said they were out of bread. The whole reason I came was for the bread —so I wish they had told me that upon ordering! The staff was very nice though, and I don’t blame them. The steak and white American sandwich + broccoli cheddar soup was delicious, although $17 was way too expensive for that tiny meal."

"I am from St. Louis and many of you may not know the Panera was started as "St. Louis Bread Company" and growing up, I loved this place because the food was always fresh, with great value as far as price and always a welcoming atmosphere. I would say things are definitely not as they were. First, they removed the water cups, so you have to ask for one. I ordered the French toast breakfast sandwich, and the bagley was warmer than the egg. My egg was cold and definitely not the quality I expected. Also, this sandwich is pretty sticky, so grab some extra napkins. I also ordered a pumpkin muffin. It was good nothing to jump up and down for, but my meal was $10, which is just crazy for the quality, in my opinion. I went to sit down at a table, and it had stickey spots all over it and had not been wiped down. I observed at least 3 employees just sitting and talking.
