"Filthy restaurant and lazy staff. They all stand and chit chat not even bothering to do their jobs! Clean the freaking restaurants and check the coffe pots! Do not throw tantrum when called to do your job. What a waste of place. Other locations outside OH is 100% way better than yours. Here's some pictures and I cleaned our table to use this morning."

"I appreciate that places are understaffed and I am willing to wait but I walked in at 7:50 and was the only person at the counter and it was 7 minutes before either person behind the counter even was willing to make eye contact with me. Not an acknowledgement of being busy or online orders or whatever - just completely ignored and then no apology for the wait just asked me what I wanted to order. Just tell me you’ll be with me in a second - anything besides ignore me when there’s no one else in the lobby trying to order food."

"Nice people working there and the customers were also friendly. Coffee and OJ were good. They had no hot chocolate. They had no large cups. Those were the two things we looked to order. Not sure what else they may have been missing?.. Food looked good, but didn't eat."

"This place needs a lot of improvements especially from the management level. Both managers, an African gentleman, and a white lady do not know what they are doing. I saw multiple times they conflicted with customers for small things. Especially the white lady in her 30s, she is pretty rude to the customers, and never apologize even if they made the dish totally wrong. As a long time customer of this place, I witnessed the going down of the food and service quality. Their coffee is lighter than DI water since they offered the monthly subscription plan. Also they made the free drinks so hard as they hide the cups so you have to wait in a long line to beg for a cup??? What are they thinking? For such poor service and bad food quality, many of us have left this place. There are a long lines of complaints on the next door but they never listen. So sad for this chain. I think they need change the mangers and provide trainings to their employees asap."
