"The red headed barista working this afternoon is so rude to every single person that comes to order. They ask questions and she slightly raises her voice and is very short in her answers. Catches an attitude if people phrase their order as the wrong item “pumpkin spice chai” is met with “well those are two different things so” when we first came in to the store their were two young girls attempted to pay for their orders and the first thing we hear is her bite at them “just take it out!” Even during a busy day which at this time it was not I can understand expecting adults to have their stuff and order together but that behavior towards children is very off putting. Now as we sit here she’s chatting with what’s to be assumed a firmed or regular making jokes and giving the standard Starbucks experience until the very next person in line comes to order and back to her same behavior."
