Reviews of Créme de la Créme Bakery & Cafe
"Today was my first time and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! Place are VERY CLEAN!!; Food is DELICIOUS , stuff is very friendly! And please, people, stop complaining about price if you want a good quality food!!! They have a good brunch with a perfect portion size! Drinks are good too, not too much sugar and they have a non dairy milk as well!!!"
"WOW!!! I’m speechless! Finally, we have something in Columbus something with an amazing quality of food and service! Each dish or bakery is a piece of art! Everything is clean in perfection! It takes me 30 to get there, but I definitely will be there a frequent guest. If you haven’t been here, you missed to try the best food in Columbus."
"Hard to find a dine-in bakery and cafe in Columbus that makes you feel like you may be in SoCal... Creme de la Creme is the one! Chef Andre and his staff are super friendly and hardworking, kudos!! I highly recommend their Smoked Salmon Sandwich which has a light drizzle of balsamic vinegar is surprisingly harmonious and goes perfectly with the rest of the ingredients! While I haven't tried all of their baked goods yet, their Pavlova is truly excellent. Not so much for their Napoleon though, sorry! The serving ware, presentation and ambience for dine-in are all wonderful and well curated. Will defintiely bring more friends & family to enjoy this awesome cafe again soon!"
"I wanted an European experience in Columbus, and here it is!! I kept expecting a shop like this to open but I always thought it would be impossible!!! SO CLOSE TO ME, just amazing. I even asked them where they were from because it all looked European to me, the delicacy- and I was accurate. They are so delicate, they bring the best experience, best service, and once you walk into the shop you feel like you are in Europe, definitely not US territory! If you want a different experience, go for it! Best desserts in town! Best coffee! Plastic cups? Never, all in delicate porcelain mugs to your table☕️ Not sure why folks put stars of 3 or 4 here, and compare to Le Chatelaine where all its self service and does not look nice at all, old furniture… Please go to this place and experience this!"
"The pastry I got was absolutely delicious. Had these balls of a cream stuffed with a salted caramel type sauce with these shortbread circles on the top and bottom and cute edible pearls. The flavor reminded me of a Twix. The one I chose didn’t have a name in front of it in the glass case like the others, so I’m not sure what to call it, but it’s an 8.8 out of 10 for me. Presentation gets a 10 for me on that. Loved how it was powder pink and cute but not like a strawberry flavor. It’s just pink for aesthetic. I love pink. The espresso I’ve had better but I’d rate a solid 7.8 out of 10. Presentation just felt normal to me. I did love the gold spoon though so I give it a 7 out of 10. I ordered up in the front, was given a table number and picked a table. My pastry and espresso was brought to me. Staff was kind and professional. Not too much or too little. The atmosphere was warm and bright, felt festive with the holiday decor. Only thing I didn’t like was the spacing of the tables. There’s one very very large table that feels wrong to sit at if you’re not in a group that’s taking up a lot of space. It’s pretty, but I feel like that space could be better utilized with smaller more spaced out tables that could be pushed together if needed because that table takes up like half of all the seating area. Regardless, it was a good experience and I’ll be back. The place was also decently priced which I love. Espresso and a pastry for a little over $9."
