"Today was the second time I had to do a return for an online item. Once again it was a painful experience. They receive 2 stars based on the quality of the merchandise- it’s great! I’ve always gotten my money’s worth and then some and they have great sales online. However, the return process is always complicated at THIS LOCATION!!! If you order online which I suggest, know your size or shop in store at a different location."

"I had the pleasure of dealing with Anthony as a sales rep today helping me find some jeans for work I had some very specific needs and he was more than happy to help me out in any way he could, I will definitely be returning for more purchases in the future"

"My rating is based more on the store and the employees rather than the clothing. I ordered three pairs of jeans online. I went to this store to return/exchange the jeans. I had ordered high rise jeans for the first time and I didn't like the fit. Walked in and went straight to the checkout counter. There was a customer being helped with one employee. The line behind me grew and many employees walked behind the checkout counter and even started working behind the check out counter about 5-10 minutes later another employee asked if she could help me. I explained that I needed the same jeans but in low rise. They made it seem impossible for this to happen. First she was told to check in the store and see they had them in stock. At this point I've been at the checkout for about 20-25 minutes, the other customers that were originally behind me are still behind me. She brings back a pair of jeans that are not the same. Asks if these will do? I say I just want the same jeans just not high rise. They proceeded to make this a difficult process. After about 10 more minutes I said I would just take the jeans she had brought up from in the store. I felt there was not a knowledgeable person to understand what I wanted. I don't want to point the finger at age but she seemed very young and annoyed with my request. I have never enjoyed going into the Hollister store in general but now I probably will never go back unless it is my absolute last resort."

"Dread coming in this store location. Dark. No one to help. Dirty. Dirty dirty......Dressing rooms cramped. Metal mannequin fell on me, no helped. I actually saw the cashiers exchange looks of laughter. No handicapped access to most of the store..... Wheelchair can't maneuver around. I hate giving this company money. Ugh but my teen loves the brand. I will never go back to this location. I actually contacted corporate about the mannequin falling.... No response. Figures"
