"No customer service skills at all. Two front workers too busy talking between themselves and the third stayed on her cell texting while pretending to unpack a box. Not even a hello or can I help you find something. Nothing. Not a facial mask in sight or hand sanitizer for those of us using the key pad. Extremely unprofessional establishment and clearly no concern for public safety or citywide ordinance. If I wasn’t pressed for time for a funeral I would have walked out."

"Horrible customer service. It makes no sense to be only using one cash register. The manager refused to cash customers out she was too happy to brag to customers and employees that she was just about off the clock. The manager is very unprofessional was on her telephone checking out and showing the outfit she is wearing tonight. The manager is 100% ghetto and should not be running this store. Employees were not wearing their masks for protection through COVID-19. This is not a professional place to shop. You will spend more than 25 to 30 minutes waiting to pay for your items."

"Cash only. Not in the best area. Building was kind of dirty. Cashier was very nice and I found an extremely affordable, cute top--which is why I went in the first place. I needed something very last minute and was desperate so I took a gamble. Target and Walmart were out of the question and I didn't have the time nor did I want to spend the money for a top at the mall. Limited selection. Non-frumpy plus size at a fraction of the price of a place like Lane Bryant. It worked for me!"
