"I love Loft but don’t expect the Store Associates to offer assistance at this location. I live nearby so I frequently visit this store and usually purchase a few items each time. The Store Associates usually greet me but they don’t offer to get me a fitting room, check on me or offer to help with sizes. They really dont notice customers after the initial greeting. This last visit, I waited at the cash wrap for a few minutes before anyone realized I was ready to check out. Given the choice, I’d visit any other Loft location in the city but if you know what you need, this one is fine."

"Staff was friendly, but seemed rushed when it got near closing. I did try on clothes, and this was the first experience I had at Loft where no one checked on me to see if I needed different sizes, which I did. ( I came in at 5 and they closed at 6). But like I said, everyone was friendly I even went back in and made an additional purchase after I left. I like this location, it's accessible and not crowded."

"This location has a decent Lou & Grey selection, and is nice because it's standalone, so it's never too crowded. It's usually easy to find my size still in stock. Customer service has always been average-to great. I've been coming here for years, no complaints!"
