"Make sure you double check prices of items off the shelves to what they ring up at the register. For months now several items such as old trapper beef jerky will be listed as one price then ring up at a higher price. Some locations even have the same sizes of the same product as different prices whi h makes no sense. I know it's been brought up but they just argue the shelf price is wrong and won't do anything to correct it. They don't correct the price being charged or the price at the register. I've only experienced it with certain items but if they are dishonest to do it with one item they will with others. It's lasted for months so I don't think they care to much when you personally tell them so I'm hoping a public post will help encourage them to fix the issue instead of charging customers more than what they should."

"The employees are 5 star! Just don't rely on the pumps to work. Pump 6 has been broken for two days. There is no sign saying its down. This happens way to often at a fairly new store."

"Several gas pumps don't work. Payment systems always seem to be down. I was there today and went to two separate pumps before giving up and going to the other station down the road. Would not recommend this place."

"My husband and I have been visiting this particular store in New Carlisle, Ohio for the past 6 months, every morning around 4am (on our way to work) Usually it is a pretty clean, organized and restocked store each morning. There was a young lady working and she always had everything ready for the morning crowd and always had a positive attitude and an upbeat personality to make your morning start off great. Now, there are a bunch of young men working and the creamer is hardly ever stocked, or its switched and the vanilla is where the half & half should be and the half & half where the vanilla is supposed to be (has happened more than 2x this week) the place is a mess, the attendants are usually in the back room and you have to wait for them to come to the register to check out. The Manager or Supervisor is a grumpy and crotchety old man who has no business dealing with the public, in any manner. Sad to see such a great place to stop for coffee in the mornings go down hill so quickly."

"Since the new addition this is consistently one of the nicer Speedways I stop at. The people working have always been nice. It has always been clean whenever I stop and they are competitive on gas prices. The newer remodel has given them space to offer more choices of food and beverages."
