"Be careful! I was in there yesterday and bought 7 vases. 5 of them were 0.99 cents and 2 of them were 2.99 and the lady checking me out charged me 2.99 for 6 vases and 0.99 cents for one vase. I was overcharged by $8. I’m not sure if it was intentional or what but my whole order was only 7 vases and she must have recounted them at least 3 times."

"Fairly okay selection. Some of the aisles are a bit narrowed and cluttered so you will struggle to get in an aisle to look at something is the store is busy. Prices are a little outrageous, especially when they received the goods via donations. Pretty clean otherwise."

"Sign states flip flops are only 1.99 unless otherwise marked. Lady charged me 4.99 for each pair I got. I question why I was charged more and she states that only for the “cheap” flip flops that they get mass shipped to them. For a place that gets everything for free it’s a joke and a ripoff."

"Always go here once a week or so to support their mission. I worked for GW in Bvck OH 2006-2011 and know first hand some who were helped. Today at the one in Springfield found a unique metal art piece and glorious beautiful curtains and a dress presale at CATO another fave store! Clean and organized. Fair pricing and fast friendly service!"

"I absolutely love this Goodwill, and try to visit every weekend. I always find an unexpected treasure. At the very least, you might find some funny crafts that someone made, but they knew were tacky, so they got rid of them. You might also find discarded children's artwork that the parents didn't like, who knows?"
