"I gave this location 2 stars because the chances of getting a decent drink here is about a 4/10, that’s dissatisfactory but not as bad as it could be. This time however takes the cake.. we just left after ordering 2 lattes. One is so thick with espresso I could chew it, the other is terribly watery I doubt if there’s anything other than milk in it. We were also not given a receipt so even if we went to the store to mention anything we don’t have a leg to stand on.. too bad. Next time we’ll make the drive to Woodman as many others have stated."

"The morning crew (aside from one lady) is always in a terrible mood and you are an inconvenience ( I order only a medium coffee). Further, good luck getting the same drink twice at this location as its always a roll of the dice when it comes to how diluted or burnt the coffee will be that day etc etc. Went to this location for a few years now but finally done giving them any money."

"This morning I went to this dunking donuts on Stroop Road about 6:20 am. I was the only person in line. I order a wrap and 4 donuts. When I got to work there was only 4 donuts in the bag. I paid 11 + dollars for 4 donuts as they did not put my Wrap in the bag. When attempting to call them back, after calling them around 5 times no one would answer the phone."

"I don't know what it is about this location but I've tried to give them several chances. Their sandwiches are never hot and their drinks are always to milky or watery. I rather go to the crowded woodman location and actually get drinks that taste like they have coffee in them with hot breakfast sandwiches EDIT: GAVE THEM A THIRD TRY AND NEVER AGAIN! my grill cheese was cold on one side. It wasn't even stuck together. How does that even happen? Sounds like poor management bc nothing has changed."

"Every time i visit this location no matter what time of day, they are sold out of croissants. Just went through at 11:00 am and again they have no croissants. Obviously the manager must know it’s a a product that sells quickly so I don’t understand why they don’t order products accordingly to ensure you have enough to make it through breakfast. That’s the only thing I order from there so it’s very disappointing that out of the 5 times I visited this location i was only able to get a croissant one time. I got descent service but maybe take the croissant off the menu if you’re never going to order enough to last a few hours."
